Maryska Bigos is Health Associates’ founder and has been in private practice since 1978. Maryska offers Body-Mind Centering®, Feldenkrais Method Functional Integration (FI) & Awareness through Movement (ATM), Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymph Drainage & Decongestion treatments, Infant Developmental Movement Education, Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork to all ages. She has taught Body-Mind Centering since 1983 when she became a Certified Teacher and taught at Kripalu, ADF, Gov Morehead School, Duke University & UNCG. In 2007 Maryska, Program Coordinator for Body-Mind Centering Certificate Courses & Programs in NC began the Kinesthetic Learning Center to fulfill a life-long dream of bringing BMC® to the Southeast.

I am extraordinarily happy to announce Developmental Movement Education Play Groups for Infants & Toddlers in our Triangle community! Janice Geller and I will combine our experience gained from motherhood with decades of studying, teaching and maintaining private practices in developmental movement to share with parents who attend each Play Group.

Caregivers will be supported in learning infant handling practices to assure ease and fluidity in their child’s neural-motor agility. I encourage caregivers, parents and parent groups throughout the Triangle to contact me with any questions and for Series dates.
