Centering® (BMC®) Yoga &You, Maryska Bigos combines Body-Mind Centering®, the Feldenkrais Method (Awareness Through Movement), Yoga using therabands and exercise balls for core strengthening and flexibility. Class: Tuesday 8:00 – 9:30am BMC® Yoga & You: $15/class Maryska Bigos is Health Associates’ founder and has been in private practice since 1978. Maryska offers Body-Mind Centering®, Feldenkrais Method Functional Integration (FI) & Awareness through Movement (ATM), Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymph Drainage & Decongestion treatments, Infant Developmental Movement Education, Pregnancy and Infant Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork to all ages. She has taught Body-Mind Centering® since 1983 when she became a Certified Teacher and taught at Kripalu, ADF, Gov Morehead School, Duke University & UNCG. In 2007 Maryska, Program Coordinator for Body-Mind Centering Certificate Courses & Programs in NC began the Kinesthetic Learning Center to fulfill a life-long dream of bringing BMC® to the Southeast. |
